Kelley Curtis Dunlap has been named to Forbes’ 2023 Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisors list. Dunlap is a senior vice president/investments at Stifel Nicolaus & Co., a broker-dealer subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. of St. Louis. Dunlap has 20 years of investment industry experience and is based in Stifel’s Little Rock office.

Payne Warren has been hired as a director of development at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce. Warren joins the chamber from Penske Transportation Solutions of Michigan, where he worked for two years.


HoganTaylor LLP has announced four promotions in its Little Rock office. Chad Carroll has been promoted to senior, tax. He joined the firm in 2021. Baylee Halford has been promoted to senior, tax. Halford joined the firm in 2020. Ellen Huckabay is now a senior, tax. Huckabay is a CPA who entered the firm in 2019. Robyn Lancaster has been promoted to billing and practice engine administrator, integrated services. She joined HoganTaylor in 2019. 


Jay Danzy has been hired as the digital administrator at Media & More Consulting of North Little Rock. Danzy has more than five years of experience.

Kelly Plopper ( Ghidotti)

Kelly Plopper has been promoted to account executive at Ghidotti of Little Rock. Plopper joined Ghidotti in 2021 and will now oversee day-to-day account needs for clients. 


The Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America has announced its new board of directors for 2023. They are Juan Alanis, managing partner at Big Oak Tree Media, programming chair; Amanda Horn, senior public relations director at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary in Bentonville, who has transitioned to president-elect; Sarah King, the vice president of marketing and communications at Experience Fayetteville, who will serve as APR chair; Robin Mizell, Arkansas community affairs manager at Black Hills Energy, who will continue to serve as past president; Sophia Neubaum, an account coordinator at 4media group, who joins the board as communication chair; Jennifer Thompson, marketing coordinator at McClelland Consulting Engineers, who is now the secretary and treasurer of the board; and Kevin Trainor, who will continue to lead as president. Trainor is senior associate athletics director for public relations and former student-athlete engagement at the University of Arkansas Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Tawny Basinger has been promoted to strategic partnerships leader at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas. Basinger was previously serving part time as the nonprofit’s grants manager for two years and will work to fundraise for major gifts, event sponsorships and other donations.

Kelly Horrell has been elected president of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Horrell is the development manager at the Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale and will now represent nonprofit fundraising professionals to provide education, ethics standards and inclusivity in the field.
