Kelley Linck
Kelley Linck will join the Mullenix & Associates lobbying firm in Little Rock in mid-October.
A member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2011-16, Linck has spent the past three years as chief of staff and chief of legislative and intergovernmental affairs for the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Scott Lambert and Jonathan Welch have been promoted to certified senior examiners by the Arkansas State Bank Department. Darren Barry has been promoted to commissioned bank senior examiner, and Richard T. Puloma has been promoted to junior bank examiner.
Lambert and Welch have both worked for the department for six years and both are commercial bank examiners, Lambert in the Little Rock office and Welch in Springdale.
Barry serves as an information systems examiner in the Little Rock office, where Puloma is a commercial bank examiner.
