Kerr Takes Chairman’s Seat for National Association of Insurance Commissioners (Movers & Shakers)

Arkansas Insurance Commissioner Allen Kerr

Allen Kerr of Little Rock, the state insurance commissioner, has been named chairman of the Market Regulation & Consumer Affairs Committee of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in Kansas City, Missouri.

Kerr is a former justice of the peace in Pulaski County and was appointed commissioner of the Arkansas Insurance Department in 2015.

Isaac Foley has been hired as an account executive at Impact Management Group in Little Rock.

Foley was previously an external affairs associate at the International Republican Institute in Washington, D.C. In 2014, Foley directed field operations for U.S. Rep. French Hill’s first congressional campaign.
