Kila Owens Named Head of St. Bernards Foundation (Movers & Shakers)

Kila Owens was promoted to president of the St. Bernards Foundation in Jonesboro. She was previously the media relations manager for St. Bernards Healthcare.

Mary Claire Hill has been promoted to public relations manager at Mangan Holcomb Partners in Little Rock. Hill joined the MHP team in 2017.

Alex Howland has been hired as the new director of the NWA Business Women’s Conference and Special Projects at the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Howland previously was the special campaign manager for the Jones Center as well as the event director for two years at Arkansas Business Publishing Group.

Rich Hillman of Carlisle, recently elected president of the Arkansas Farm Bureau, has been elected to a two-year term on the American Farm Bureau board of directors. He was elected by delegates to represent the Southern region.
