Kirksey Advances at Workmatters (Movers & Shakers)

Ben Kirksey has been promoted to chief operations officer at Workmatters of Fayetteville.

Kirksey has been with the organization since 2013 and has performed the roles of director of operations, vice president and general manager.

In his new role, Kirksey oversees daily operations and works directly with President and CEO David Roth in the strategic leadership of the organization, which guides early-career professionals in integrating Christian faith and work life.

Jacob Bird has been promoted to vice president of logistics at CTEH of North Little Rock. Bird has been with CTEH since 2011 and has served as an environmental scientist, operations manager and director of logistics and operations support.
