Kum & Go Filling Up Coffers of Million-Dollar Deals

A convenience store development in North Little Rock, eatery space in downtown Little Rock, industrial property in Jacksonville, a retail project and a home in west Little Rock all generated seven-digit sales.

RI CS2 LLC of Escondido, Calif., acquired the Kum & Go project at 3300 Springhill Road in North Little Rock for $3.2 million.

Seller? KG Store 152 LLC of West Des Moines, Iowa.

Monroe Cache LLC, led by Rush Harding III, purchased a combined 8,500 SF on the first and second floors of the Arcade Building at 100 River Market Ave. for $1.98 million.

The space for Cache restaurant was sold by Clinton-Commerce LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.

Resicomm Properties LLC, led by Bryan and Sonja Glaze, bought the 20,000-SF building at General Samuels Road and the 12,000-SF building at 2201 N. Redmond Road in Jacksonville for $1.4 million.

Sellers: Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp., led by Anthony Hahn.

MP 10550 LLC, led by Pete Hornibrook, acquired the 22,500-SF Markham Plaza retail project at 10500 W. Markham St. for $1.2 million.

Seller? Markham Plaza LLC, led by Ed Willis.

Lydia Lane purchased a 4,896-SF home in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood from Gerald and Catherine Martindill.
