Lakewood Exxon Location Picked Up by CVS

The Lakewood Exxon station at 2501 McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock will be replaced by a CVS pharmacy.

A future CVS Pharmacy site in North Little Rock, a 5,351-SF home in west Pulaski County, a 21-unit complex in Little Rock, nine rental properties in Conway and a 4,522-SF home in west Little Rock combine for this week’s installment of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

► C&E Investments LLC, led by Jimmy and Vanessa Crossfield, sold the Lakewood Exxon at 2501 McCain Blvd. for $2.2 million.

Buyer: CVS 10975 AR LLC, an affiliate of CVS Pharmacy of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

► Randall and Cynthia Green purchased a 27.7-acre residential spread near Ferndale for $1.2 million

Seller: Martha Anne Ulmer Trust.

► Cedar Hill Manor LLC, led by Josh Malone, sold its namesake apartment project at 24 Oakwood Road for $1.1 million to Andre and Angela De Freitas.

► CRPJ Investments LLC, led by Charles and Richard Hambuchen, Paul Welter and Jon Thomason, bought the apartments at 2516-2540 Simms St. and 370-390 Denison St. on the western edge of the University of Central Arkansas campus for more than $1 million.
