
Alicia and Mykel Stephens, co-owners of Molly Maid of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, have been named to Molly Maid’s 2015 Rookie of the Year All-Star Team for outstanding performance in their first year of business.
Prior to owning their Molly Maid franchise, Mykel Stephens worked as a retail buyer for several large chains and as a consultant, and Alicia worked as a registered nurse.
Lamor Williams has been hired as director of marketing and communications by the Little Rock Zoo.
A Pine Bluff native, Williams was most recently a public relations account executive at Mangan Holcomb Partners and previously spent nearly 20 years as a journalist with such publications as the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Fort Worth Star-Telegram and Pine Bluff Commercial.
Kevin Liles has joined the Little Rock office of SpotRight, a consumer insights and social analytics company, as senior vice president of engineering.
Liles has more than 25 years of software development, architecture and technology leadership experience and has worked for Acxiom Corp., Arkansas Systems and elsewhere.
Scott Finley of Searcy has been named to the Farmers Insurance Presidents Council, an honor reserved for the insurer group’s top 1 percent of agents and district managers.
