► A 176-unit piece of Landmark Apartments at 16000 Rushmore Ave. in west Little Rock sold for $38.9 million to a group of 17 limited liability companies, affiliates of Canyon View Capital in Santa Cruz, California.
Seller: Landmark Apartments II LLC, led by Sam Alley.
► GT Distribution Capital LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s GoTextbooks, purchased a 35,961-SF office-warehouse at 7511 Scott Hamilton Drive for more than $1.7 million.
Who sold the Little Rock project? 7511 Scott Hamilton LLC, led by Isaac Smith; and 16600 CP Properties LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.
► Elliott Partners Ltd. of Nacogdoches, Texas, sold its 33,600-SF warehouse at 5505 W. 65th St. in Little Rock for $1.4 million.
Buyer: 403 S. Poplar St. LLC, led by Courtney Thessing.
► PotlatchDeltic Forest Holdings Inc. of Spokane, Washington, bought seven parcels in south Pulaski County totaling more than 516 acres for $1 million.
Seller? Ridgewood Timber Corp., led by Derrick Spinks.
The parcels: 160 acres at the northwest corner of Geyer Springs and Green roads, nearly 100 acres at the southeast corner of Geyer Springs and Rinke roads, 89 acres on the north side of Bracy Road between Ironton Cut-Off and Amy Lane, 57.8 acres at the southwest corner of Geyer Springs and Mabelvale Cut-Off, more than 41.5 acres on the north side of Ironton Cut-Off at Matt Lane, nearly 34.5 acres between Interstate 530 and Lorance Heights Road south of the Quail Creek neighborhood, and 34.2 acres on the west side of Hilaro Springs Road north of Vinson Road.
