The stores are at 3600 MacArthur Drive in North Little Rock, 11701 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock and 2815 W. 12th St.
The seller was E-Z Mart Stores Inc. of Texarkana, Texas, led by Sonja Hubbard.
Acreage Sold
Chenal Commercial Partnership, led by Jim Hathaway, sold a nearly 3.3-acre site near the northwest corner of Wellington Hills Road and Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for $675,000.
The buyer was Chi Hotel Group LLC of Little Rock, led by Jacob and Jasen Chi.
Office Building/Garage Bought
Harris Trucking & Concrete Construction Inc. of Conway, led by Tremayne Harris, has purchased a 1,200-SF office building and a 2,400-SF service garage that used to house Quality Auto Sales for $142,000.
The property is at 2500 E. Broadway St. in North Little Rock.
The seller was Arvest Bank of Rogers.
Land Sold
Usare LLC of Cabot, led by Felicia Yagos, sold 4 acres at 5312 General Samuels Road in Pulaski County for $75,000.
The buyer was Jacksonville Christian Fellowship of Sherwood, led by Elders Jan Sullivan, Keith Comer, Don Spitler and Pastor/Elder Kirk Wetsell.
