Kimberley Linn has been promoted to vice president of human resources at First Service Bank. Linn previously served as human resources manager and human resources director.
Lawson Bonds, Michael Howe and Stacy Starks have been promoted at Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Little Rock.
Bonds, who previously served as assistant vice president of programming, is now vice president of IT development and programming.
Howe, who previously served as vice president of IT infrastructure and operations, is now senior vice president of IT infrastructure and operations.
Starks, who previously was vice president of IT programming and development, is now senior vice president of innovations and digital development.
Joe Dunn has joined Stone Bank of Mountain View as a senior vice president and senior lender in the Little Rock office. Dunn was formerly president, CEO and a director at Gateway Bank of Rison and he previously held executive lending positions with Bank OZK, Eagle Bank and Simmons Bank.
Josh Patterson has been hired as mortgage loan originator at Alcoa Community Federal Credit Union in Benton.
