Lee Anne Eddy became senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Arkansas Children’s Hospital on Dec. 15. She previously served as vice president of Ambulatory Care Services at ACH. In her new role, Eddy is responsible for supporting and advancing Children’s Hospital’s quality work plan, building effective clinical teams and designing an effective and efficient patient care delivery system.
Eddy, a native Arkansan, holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science in nursing from Marquette University.
“I’m delighted to have Lee Anne on our senior leadership team,” said ACH President and CEO Marcy Doderer. “Lee Anne is an outstanding leader committed to serving the children and families of our state, continuous improvement, and the growth and professional development of our nurses.”
Eddy has extensive experience at all levels in children’s health, from bedside pediatric nurse through vice president. She came to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2011 from the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where she served as vice president of Ambulatory & Diagnostic Services after a stint as a manager and then director in that department.
