Dr. Corey Costantino has joined Washington Regional in Fayetteville as a hospitalist. Costantino earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University and completed an internal medicine residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he most recently served as an assistant professor of medicine.

Wade Fuqua, a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist, has been promoted to clinical director of the North Little Rock office of Chenal Family Therapy PLC. Fuqua received his doctorate from the University of Louisiana Monroe and joined Chenal Family Therapy in 2018.

Jon Taylor has been hired as executive director of the Arkansas Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities in Little Rock. Taylor previously worked as a retail field manager for TJX Cos. Inc. He is co-chair of Disability: IN Arkansas and is the incoming chair of the State Rehabilitation Council.
