The Arkansas Bar Association is excited and proud to partner with Arkansas Business for the second class of the Legal Hall of Fame. Together with everyone who has made this possible, we are adding these additional stories of our legal giants to be shared with future generations. We celebrate the men and women who have dedicated their careers to advancing the administration of justice, improving law and order, and striving toward higher ideals of public service.
The Legal Hall of Fame serves not only to promote civility and foster unity within the legal profession but also to highlight its value and significance to all Arkansans. Former Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Paul Danielson remarked in the inaugural Hall of Fame video that, “We can celebrate the past by honoring the giants of our profession who have helped advance the administration of justice. We can inspire the future by educating the public about their stories and achievements, encouraging others to emulate them. I believe this will help bring people together.”
The Arkansas Bar Association Legal Hall of Fame will foster collegiality across our state and profession by showcasing our most notable successes and achievements. This recognition is as much about the future of the profession as it is about the past. Thank you to all of the sponsors for making this event possible: Founders Circle Sponsors: Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP; Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C.; Rose Law Firm; Taylor King Law and Wright Lindsey Jennings and the Supporting Sponsors: McMath Woods P.A., Turner & Associates, P.A. and the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Williams, the University of Arkansas School of Law, and posthumously, Herschel H. Friday, U.M. Rose, and Judge Elsijane Trimble Roy.
