Little Rock public relations and content marketing agency Ghidotti has appointed Libby Doss Lloyd as its public relations manager, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lloyd, who has nearly three decades of marketing, PR and communications experience, had previously worked for more than 10 years at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau, most recently as its director of communications.
In her new job, Lloyd will oversee media outreach and communications for Ghidotti’s clients.
The firm’s CEO, Natalie Ghidotti, announced the appointment. She said she expects Lloyd to make a “significant impact on our clients” with her insight and experience. “Libby’s professionalism and vast knowledge of the media landscape will provide fresh perspectives, allowing us to further elevate our clients’ visibility and help them achieve their goals,” Ghidotti said in a news release.
In her career, Lloyd has worked in marketing and communications for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, the Museum of Discovery, Verizon Wireless and Alltel. She has Accreditation in Public Relations and is a certified professional in destination management.
A native of McGehee, she has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia and was a graduate of the Little Rock Regional Chamber’s Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXX. Lloyd is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America’s Arkansas and national chapters.
