We’re told the claim by Metal Building Components of Shelbyville, Indiana, is linked with a billing snafu on their part.
While inquiring about this, we also received an update on the redevelopment of the seven-story office building.
Interior finish-out is 90 days away, we hear. You might recall the $3.8 million redevelopment by Jacob Chi is reconfiguring the 13,110-SF building into apartments on the upper floors with a ground floor restaurant.
