Remember that $86,000 lien claim for unpaid material on the seven-story Pyramid Lofts project in downtown Little Rock we told you about in June?
The lien was released last month.
We were told the claim by Metal Building Components of Shelbyville, Indiana, was linked with a billing snafu by the subcontractor.
You might recall that the former office building at 319 W. Second St. is undergoing conversion to upper-floor apartments with a ground-floor restaurant.
The man behind the $3.8 million redevelopment of the 13,110-SF building is Jacob Chi.
