Arkansas Department of Career Education in Little Rock

Lisa Thompson has been promoted to personnel manager of the Arkansas Department of Career Education in Little Rock.

Thompson was previously the department’s assistant personnel manager.

Craig Mobley of El Dorado and Marty Shell of Fort Smith have been appointed to the Arkansas Waterways Commission by Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Mobley is the executive vice president of First Financial Bank and is also a past chairman of Group 4 for the Arkansas Bankers Association. Shell has worked for Five Rivers Distribution for 24 years and serves as a civil service commissioner for the city of Fort Smith Police and Fire Departments.
