Little Rock Christian Academy Buys 18 Acres for $1.2M

Little Rock Christian Academy expanded its west Little Rock campus in a transaction valued at more than $1.2 million.

The private school purchased nearly 18 acres adjoining the north side of its 52-acre property at 19010 Cantrell Road.

The seller was PDC LLC, led by Gene Pfeifer.

The deal represented a combination of cash and donation. PDC received $650,000 with the balance recognized as a charitable contribution.

Ortho Arkansas Clinic

The 9,287-SF Ortho Arkansas clinic in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a nearly $1.5 million sale.

LREC Richards Road LLC, led by Neil Pennington, bought the 4101 Richards Road project. The seller is OA Land Company LLC, led by Tad Pruitt.
