A 7,033-SF mortuary in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.7 million.

8801 Knoedl Court LLC, led by Jeffrey Smith, bought the namesake address of Little Rock Funeral Home.

The seller is Little Rock Funeral Home Inc., led by Brad Leggett.

The deal is financed by a nine-year loan of $1.3 million from Citizens Bank of Batesville and a 10-year loan of $290,000 from Little Rock Funeral Home.

The 1-acre site was acquired in April 2004 from Jim Pender and Scotty Caroom for $250,000.

Quapaw Transaction

A substance abuse treatment and behavioral outpatient clinic in south Little Rock is under new ownership after an $800,000 sale.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas Inc. led by Virginia Redden, purchased the Quapaw House project at 9219 Sibley Hole Road.

The seller is Conway’s North American Baptist Loan Association Inc., led by John David Smith.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $680,000 from First National Bank of Paragould.

The 10.09-acre location was bought for $90,000 in February 1993 from Vernon Cheek.

Argenta Acquisition

Nineteen lots in downtown North Little Rock changed hands in a $541,920 transaction.

East Argenta Land Holdings LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr., acquired the property from The Mill LLC, led by Harold Tenenbaum.

The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $406,400 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

The property previously was tied to a January 2011 mortgage of $450,000 held by IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana. The lots are scattered predominantly in the 700 and 800 blocks of Olive, the 800 and 900 blocks of Poplar and the 800 block of Magnolia streets.

The property was purchased as part of nine deals totaling $455,000 between August 2005 and April 2009.

The sellers were Esterosto LLC, led by Paul Esterer; Bill Eaton; Eugene Rouse Sr. and his wife, Patricia; Albert Moon and Melvin Ewart.

Duplex Acquisition

Eight duplexes in west Little Rock rang up a $660,100 sale.

TCB Investments LLC, led by Brian Teeter, bought the 2104-2116 and 2105-2117 Scotty Court properties from R&D Holdings LLC, led by Mark Reynolds and Tyler Denton.

The transaction is financed with an 18-month loan of $765,850 from Citizens Bank.

The combined 1.8-acre development previously was linked with a May 2018 mortgage of $392,000 held by FJ Enterprises Inc., led by Frederick Black and Jimmy Langston.

R&D Holdings acquired the property for $490,000 more than two years ago from FJ Enterprises.

Chenal Downs

A 6,284-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Downs neighborhood drew a $975,000 transaction.

12 Dressage LLC, led by Matthew and Jesssica Dearnley, purchased the house from Sean and Sharon Adams.

The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $775,000 from Relyance Bank.

The residence previously was tied to a June 2015 mortgage of $191,000 held by Centennial Bank of Conway.

The Adams family bought the property for $816,000 more than five years ago from Centennial.

Rural Residence

A 3,912-SF home in west Pulaski County sold for $880,000.

Joe and Barbara Wehrle acquired the 21.2-acre spread from Lorraine Thompson. The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $510,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

Thompson purchased the residence for $630,000 in September 2011 from Joe and Janet Canalichio.

Bretagne Circle

A 5,683-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle is under new ownership after a $760,000 deal.

David and Amy White bought the house from JRCRT LLC, led by Janie Witt. The residence previously was linked with a June 2014 mortgage of $680,000 held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The property was acquired more than six years ago from Kevin and Judith Forte for $850,000.

Falstone Court

A 5,025-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood changed hands in a $640,000 transaction.

Harold Young Jr. and his wife, Kimberly, purchased the house from Jim Pace Homes LLC.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $510,300 from Mortgage Financial Services LLC of Baton Rouge. The residence previously was tied to a September 2019 mortgage of $492,000 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The site was bought for $107,000 11 months ago from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.

Heights Home

A 3,448-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock rang up a $620,000 sale.

Logan and Melissa Damon acquired the house from David and Brandy Hubener. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $496,000 from TJC Mortgage Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama.

The residence previously was linked with a May 2017 mortgage of $424,100 held by Carroll Mortgage Group Inc. of Little Rock.

The Hubeners purchased the property for $635,000 more than three years ago from Robert and Amy Maxson.

Avignon Court

A 4,282-SF home in west Little Rock’s Avignon Court neighborhood drew a $589,000 transaction.

The Tennyson Joint Trust, led by Charles and Carol Tennyson, bought the house from Michael and Laura Stover. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $592,671 from Smackover State Bank.

The Stovers acquired the residence for $565,000 in August 2008 from R.D. and Deborah Zinser.

Sherwood Abode

A 4,329-SF home in the Kellogg Acres area of Sherwood sold for $560,000.

Clyde and Sheray Higginbotham purchased the house from John and Billie Dreher. The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $364,000 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The residence was previously tied to a January 2011 mortgage of $376,700 held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The Drehers bought the 3.8-acre site for $45,000 in June 2001 from Ed Eudy and Jane Littlejohn.

Hillcrest House

A 2,844-SF home in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $525,000 deal.

Jonathan and Nicole Feucht acquired the house from Chris Maris Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $498,750 from NBKC Bank of Overland, Kansas. The residence previously was linked with a July 2019 mortgage of $385,000 held by First Community Bank of Batesville.

The property was purchased 13 months ago for $120,000 from Terminal Partners LLC, led by Val Hansen.

Villages at Wellington

A 3,955-SF home in the Villages at Wellington neighborhood in west Little Rock changed hands in a $510,000 transaction.

Chandra Dasari and Chitra Nadagoundla bought the house from Bernard and Ginger Cozad. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $408,000 from Regions Bank.

The Cozads acquired the location for $52,000 in May 2010 from Winrock Enterprises Inc., led by Russ McDonough Jr.
