► Maulik Hotel LLC, led by Pankaj Patel, Inderjit Singh, Parwinder Singh and Miteshkumar Patel paid $6.9 million for the 138-unit Holiday Inn Express at 3121 Bankhead Drive in Little Rock.

► CK Pike LLC of San Diego bought the 3,600-SF Circle K at 1604 Pike Ave. from Conark LLC of El Paso, Texas, for more than $4.2 million.
► KAV Realty LLC, led by Walter Quinn, sold the 6,450-SF home of The Pizzeria and Diet Center at 4910 Kavanaugh Blvd. in the Heights area of Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.
Buyer: The Retzer Group Inc., led by Michael Retzer.
► The James Alexander Jordan Living Trust purchased a 4,921-SF house in the Paradise Lane neighborhood of west Pulaski County from the Chad & Kelly Baker Living Trust for more than $1.6 million.
► Kent and Dianne Myers sold a 6,816-SF house in west Little Rock’s Carmel neighborhood for more than $1.3 million.

► Mark and Griselda Sidenfaden acquired a 3,762-SF house in Jacksonville’s Foxwood Estates neighborhood from Michael Sullivan for more than $1 million.
► LJC Realty LLC, led by Linda C. Holbert, John Chakalas and Carrie C. Hoyme, sold a 194-acre tract in west Pulaski County a half-mile northwest of Raines Road from Joel and Hollie Dickens for $1 million.
