Certified public accounting firms Hudson Cisne & Co. LLP of Little Rock and Jones & Co. LTD of Jonesboro announced Thursday their merger, effective Jan. 1.
The combined firm will be called HCJ CPAs & Advisors PLLC. It will have 90 employees and will operate throughout the state with offices in Little Rock, Jonesboro, White Hall and Rogers.
The Little Rock office will be the combined firm’s headquarters, and Karen Garrett of Hudson Cisne will continue as managing partner.
“Hudson Cisne’s commitment remains to serve our clients to the best possible degree,” Garrett said in a news release. “This further enhances our ability to meet the needs of our clients. Together, we will serve our expanded client base with even higher standards of service.”

Gary Adamson, CEO of Adamson Advisory LLC, advised both firms.
