A mix of commercial and residential properties populate this week’s sampling of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Arkansas Nursing Home LLC of Baton Rouge sold the 97-bed Pleasant Valley Living Center at 12111 Hinson Road in west Little Rock for $5 million.

Buyer: Pulaski County Nursing Estates LLC, led by Michael Morton.

► Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., bought the Starbucks at 13820 David O. Dodd Road in west Little Rock for more than $2.3 million.

Seller: Colonel Bowman LLC, led by Edward Bailey and Jared Coleman.

► Danny Thomas Properties V Ltd., led by William Daniel Thomas III, sold the 16,000-SF Parkwood Center at 6801 W. 12th St. and a pair of neighboring industrial buildings with a combined 50,000 SF under roof in Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

Buyer? BHWLR Parkwood Center LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey.

► Davidson Holding Co. LLC, led by Skip Davidson, purchased the 179-unit USA Security Storage project at 15711 Hwy. 107 in Sherwood for more than $2.1 million.

Seller? Davis & Fisher LLC, led by Phillip, Tina, Roger and Donna Davis.

► Glen and Jennifer Day sold their 5,436-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Hills neighborhood to the Sandra Trantham Living Trust for $1.4 million.

► LR Gas 2022 LLC of Las Vegas acquired the 1,728-SF Col. Glenn Gas & Deli and car wash at 17500 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.3 million.

Seller: Standard Development Co., led by Blake Smith.

► Ray Bradshaw sold a 4,040-SF residence on more than 23 acres in west Pulaski County near Ferndale to Kent and Michelle Krause for more than $1 million.

► George and Jana Cress bought a 4,797-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Frederick and Mary Barr for more than $1 million.
