► Cottage Lane Health & Rehab LLC, led by Joey Wiggins, bought its 143-bed nursing home at 800 Brookside Drive in west Little Rock for $11 million.

Seller: SRN Properties LLC, an affiliate of Fort Smith’s Stein & Associates.

► Jivan Inc., led by Kamlesh Jivan, sold a 75-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 20 Holiday Drive in Maumelle for more than $5.7 million.

Buyer: BSKP Inc., led by Umeshkumar Patel.

► 400 Phillips Road LLC, led by Ryan Gibson, and Horizon Ventures Inc., led by Zach Holderfield, purchased a 37,743-SF office-warehouse at 400 Phillips Road in North Little Rock for $2.3 million in a 55/45 ownership split.

► The estate of James Robert Alexander sold more than 1,138 acres of farmland east of Highway 161 about 7 miles south of Scott for $2.3 million.

Buyer? Hum’s Hardware & Furniture Inc., led by Bruce Hum.

► Mark and Gabrielle Mangum acquired a 5,605-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock for nearly $2 million.

Seller: The Trzebiatowski Joint Revocable Trust, led by Timothy and Jennifer Trzebiatowski.

► Mid-South Meredith Court LLC of San Diego sold 40 apartments in five buildings on Meredith Court in west Little Rock to Okra LLC of Redmond, Washington, for almost $1.9 million.

► Abdulkader and Sandra Ezeldin bought a 7,042-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock for about $1.5 million.

► Rich Transport LLC of Cudahy, Wisconsin, sold the 52,298-SF Rich Logistics office-warehouse at 6111 Scott Hamilton Drive for more than $1.3 million.

Buyer: Scott Hamilton Industrial Property LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey.

► W&W Rental Properties LLC, led by Robert Miller, purchased the 24,499-SF Refrigeration & Electrical Supply facility at 1222 Spring St. in downtown Little Rock in a transaction valued at nearly $1.1 million.
