This week’s edition of million-dollar real estate transactions and construction features a distribution center, a care facility and plenty of new homes.
► The 184,524-SF Port Distribution Center at 6001 Lindsey Road in east Little Rock was purchased for $8.1 million by Sealy Lindsey Road LLC, an affiliate of Sealy Real Estate Services of Shreveport; Murdo Properties LLC, an affiliate of Corlena Properties in Amarillo, Texas; and Canyon Headlight LLC of Amarillo.
Sellers: Lindsey Warehouse LLC, Once LLC and Burlingame Investments Holdings LLC, all led by Isaac Smith; and Blue Sky Enterprises LLC, led by Lewis Gardner.
► William Steinbach and Susan Emmett purchased an 8,424-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC for more than $2.8 million.
► Boynerian LLC, led by Arek, Arpi and Avedis Boynerian, acquired the 52-unit Parkwood Apartments at 3510 S. Bryant St. in Little Rock for $2.5 million.
Seller: Kitterman Properties II LLC, led by John and Marsha Kitterman.
► The Greenbriar on Stagecoach Inc., led by Tom Gibbons, sold its namesake 34-unit residential care facility at 5201 Stagecoach Road in west Little Rock for more than $2.1 million.
Buyer: West 1st Street Assemblage LLC of Bloomington, Indiana.
► Atkinson Properties LLC, led by Russell and Ric Atkinson, sold the 9,364-SF home of a David’s Burgers and office space at 102 Country Club Parkway in Maumelle for $1.4 million.
Buyer: Varadero Properties LLC, led by the Leonardo & Cristina Monterrey Trust.
► Dusty and Susan Hoskyn bought about 414 acres about 6 miles south of Scott for more than $1.1 million from Brane-Strom LLC of Middleburg, Virginia. Most of the property lies southwest of John Branch Road.
