A 77,128-SF warehouse in Little Rock weighed in at $2.5 million.

1927 W. Beebe Capps Expy LLC, led by Justin Muller, acquired the American Freight project at 9908 Interstate 30.

The seller is WFD Investments LLC, led by Walter Davis.

WFD Investments provided a three-year mortgage of $1.2 million to fund the deal.

The limited liability company bought the 5.75-acre development for $500,000 in February 2025 from HCB LLLP, led by Mary Browne Allen.

Farmland Acquisition

A 260.25-acre agri tract in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.2 million.

Kim Properties LLC, led by Grace Chae along with Ki and Young Kim, purchased the farmland on the east side of Col. Maynard Road, split by Col. Baucum Road.

The seller is Tyler Investments Inc., led by Rebecca Winemiller.

The corporation acquired the land in March 2024 as part of an $8.2 million deal with Brenda Fulkerson.

The Fulkerson family had owned the property for more than 100 years.

Convenient Property

A 2,504-SF convenience store in east Little Rock rang up a $915,000 sale.

Satnarayan Murthy and Hiral Hudda bought the Quick Draw Exxon project at 8601 Fourche Dam Pike from Walthour-Flake Co., led by Leslye Flake Shellam.

The deal is financed with a four-year loan of $732,000 from FNBC Bank of Ash Flat.

The 1.7-acre site was purchased in April 1960 as part of a $60,630 deal with Mary Raines.

Industrial Purchase

A 14,714-SF office-warehouse drew a $519,464 transaction.

Red Rock Service & Supply LLC, led by Heather Paxton, acquired the 0.69-acre Johnstone Supply development at 5901 Murray Drive and an adjoining 4.65 acres. The seller is Ben Davis Properties Management LLC, which provided a 20-year mortgage of $419,464 to back the deal.

Ben Davis assembled the property as part of deals with RDG Exchange Holdings LLC, led by Steve Hockersmith, $225,000 in September 2020, and Cortex LLC of Rockwall, Texas, $50,000 in September 2024.

Auto Repair Buy

A 3,960-SF auto repair shop in Sherwood sold for $500,000.

Schutte Automotive LLC, led by Joshua and Bianca Schutte, purchased Weber Auto Repair at 5691 Commerce Court.

The seller is L&M Realty LLC, led by Mark and Caresse Weber.

L&M Realty provided a $675,000 mortgage to fund the deal.

L&M acquired the 0.67-acre site for $68,000 in June 2000 from Sherwood Commercial Park Inc., led by Herbert Jones Sr.

Multifamily Assembly

Land assembly for a west Little Rock apartment project continues with a $325,000 deal.

Richardson Properties LLC, led by Keith Richardson, bought the 1.48-acre parcel near the southeast corner of Bowman Road and 36th Street from Billy and Joyce Trimble.

The property was assembled in deals of unrecorded value with Edna Johnson in May 1969 and T.H. and Mary Mayer.

Warehouse Land

Development of an 18,000-SF warehouse project in Maumelle is in motion after a $287,500 land deal. Uni Investments LR LLC, an affiliate of SilverTree Realty in Columbia, Missouri, acquired the 4.84-acre site at 12400 Louis Nelson Drive.

The seller is SGP Properties LLC, led by Marijane Pfeiffer.

Construction is financed with a 10-year loan of $1.8 million from Hawthorn Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri.

SGP Properties bought the land for $315,000 in April 2008 from Maumelle Land Development LLC, led by Anthony Wray, Marc Yelenich, Justin Carmody, David Haas and Steven Molpus.

Former Rotary Home

A water-damaged 4,022-SF office building in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $275,000 deal

621 E. Capitol Property Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Arkansas Lighthouse Charter Schools, purchased its namesake address, former home of the Little Rock Rotary Club.

The seller is JADF Investments LLC, led by James Ferstl.

The 0.27-acre development was acquired for $375,000 in September 2002 from the Contractors Licensing Board, led by Howard Williams.

Clean Transaction

An 1,814-SF car wash in west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $235,000 sale.

LaBudde Capital Investments LLC, led by Katelyn and Austin LaBudde, bought the 13421 Otter Creek Parkway project.

The seller is TB&TL Property Management LLC, led by Toan Bui.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $176,250 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

TB&TL purchased the 0.57-acre development for $223,000 in September 2021 from Barclay Bowden.

Country Club Heights

A 6,066-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood weighed in at $1.4 million.

Nicholas and Ann Copas acquired the house from the Parks-Harper Family Revocable Living Trust, led by Anna Harper.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $1 million from Pennymac Loan Services of Westlake Village, California.

Harper bought the residence for $425,000 in June 2004 from Thomas and Melissa McCain.

PV Residence

A 6,134-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood rang up a $950,000 sale.

Hannah and Matthew Williams purchased the house from the Redwing Revocable Trust, led by Jeffrey Heeter.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $950,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The trust acquired the residence for $435,000 in August 2020 from Gregory and Christine Donaldson. n
