A commercial property in Little Rock’s South Main neighborhood recently drew a $1.25 million transaction.
Haybar Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Bryan Hosto, acquired the 9,783-SF property at 1222 Main St., Pulaski County property records show.
Tenants at the 0.22-acre development include Rock N Roll Sushi, Mockingbird Bar & Tacos and Red Rose & Co. salon.
The seller was South Main Properties of Little Rock, led by Fred Gray. The firm acquired the property in 2018 for $800,000.
