Little Rock Studio 6 Sold for $5.2M

A west Little Rock motel is the first out the gate in a field of 10 million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► ASAR Hospitality LLC of Irving, Texas, bought the 130-room Studio 6 at 10524 W. Markham St. for more than $5.2 million.

Seller: KNB Lodging LLC, led by Kanti and Nila Sharolia.

► Beck Road Properties LLC, led by Jon Jacoby, sold a 12.7-acre residential spread along with 5,643-SF and 4,008-SF homes near the northern edge of Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

► Suman Siddamreddy and Vasuki Dandu purchased a 5,879-SF home in west Little Rock’s Orle Circle neighborhood for $1.5 million from Asif Masood and Madiha Shahid.

► CIG-Scott LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, sold the 24-unit apartment building at 2301 Scott St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $1.2 million to Boynerian LLC of Belmont, Massachusetts.

► Rahul Kumar and Shabana Jiwani acquired a 4,208-SF home and nearly 5.6-acre residential spread in west Pulaski County from Cipriano and Gloria Avila for $1.2 million.

► Elmscourt Apartments LLC, led by Josh Malone, Robert Fleming and Douglas Melkovitz, sold its namesake 20-unit project at 623 Sherman St. in downtown Little Rock for $1.2 million.

► 1097 Super LLC of Anaheim, California, bought the 8,400-SF Family Dollar store at 5609 MacArthur Drive in North Little Rock from Michael and Jennifer Reis for more than $1.1 million.

► RH Catering & Events LLC, led by Rush and Linda Harding, sold a 4,407-SF house in west Pulaski County to Jimmy and Katie Hicks for $1.1 million.

► Matthew and Courtney Jones purchased a 5,339-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood from John Rees Jr. and his wife, Katherine, for more than $1 million.

► The Estate of Ann Darby Kocinski sold a 4,112-SF home in Little Rock’s Forest Heights Place neighborhood to the Karol B. Zoeller Revocable Trust for $1 million.
