Little Rock tourism and economic officials on Thursday announced the city has been chosen to host the 2026 Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) Spring Forum, bringing influential figures in economic development and corporate real estate to the Arkansas capital.
The IAMC, founded in 2002, is a trade association for manufacturing and industrial real estate professionals, both in the U.S. and internationally. The group’s forums offer “unparalleled opportunities for professional development, knowledge sharing and building meaningful relationships,” according to a news release from the the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. The forums feature renowned keynote speakers and targeted workshops on key corporate real estate topics.
The spring forum will be IAMC’s first in Arkansas.
“The Industrial Asset Management Council is a premier organization in economic development and corporate site selection circles,” Jay Chesshir, president & CEO of the Little Rock Regional Chamber, said in a statement. “Hosting this event provides an opportunity to put the metro Little Rock region on a national and international stage for corporate investment.”
IAMC hosts networking events and provides resources to facilitate professional development, research and best practice initiatives, as part of its goal to shape the future of industry.
