Performance Door & Hardware Group LLC, led by Derek Alley, bought the American Building Specialties project at 6717 Crystal Hill Road. The seller is Hughes Building Specialties Inc., led by Joe McIlveene.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.
The 2.54-acre property was acquired for $600,000 in April 1999 from Gerald and Nina Hughes.
Lodging Land
A 5.85-acre parcel in North Little Rock was assembled in deals totaling $999,367.
Richards Lodging LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia, purchased a 2.07-acre site for $609,840 and a 3.78-acre site for $389,527 at the southwest end of Richards Road. The seller is Woodcrest Company LLLP, led by James Patrick Matthews.
The deals are funded with three-year loans of $520,000 and $311,622 from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.
The land was part of the 400-acre Springhill Farm that John and Martha Matthews bought in August 1959 from Fred and Katherine Watkins for $250,000.
