Little Rock Warehouse Sells for $1.2 Million (Real Deals)

A 56,000-SF warehouse in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.17 million.

Muswick Investments LLC, led by Larry Garland, bought the project at 4000 W. 65th St.

The seller is S&D Realty Corp., led by Saul Mintz.

S&D Realty of Monroe, La., provided a seven-year loan of $1.1 million to finance the deal.

The 5.77-acre property was purchased for $97,500 in March 1962 from Industrial Development Co. of Little Rock, led by R.A. "Brick" Lile.

 

Vending Transaction

A 5,000-SF office-warehouse in southwest Little Rock changed hands in a $275,000 deal.

Orgil Ganbold acquired the project at 8511 Distribution Drive.

The seller is Easter Vending Service Inc., led by Edward Salazar.

The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $150,000 from Little Rock’s Bank of the Ozarks.

The 1-acre site was assembled in three deals totaling $44,000.

The sellers were PS Products Inc., led by Billy Pennington, $26,000 in June 2006; and Robert Young III and his wife, Mary, and St. Vincent Infirmary Development Foundation, $18,000 in August 2003.

 

Longlea Home

A 4,500-SF home in west Little Rock’s Longlea Estates rang up a $585,000 transaction.

John and Heather Barnett purchased the house from Brent and Lea Bumpers. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $385,000 from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The residence was acquired for $450,000 in March 2001 from Scott and Lesa Bowen.

 

Overlook Residence

A 5,500-SF home in Little Rock’s Overlook Park neighborhood is under new ownership after a $560,000 transaction.

Monica and Imari Dellimore bought the house from the F. Taylor Brown Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a five-year loan of $68,000 from IberiaBank Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The property was purchased for $253,000 in June 1980 from Frank and Georgia Hickingbotham.

 

Country Club House

A 2,416-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock sold for $530,000.

Jeremy and Patricia Davis acquired the house from Michael and Stephenie Vanderford.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $417,000 and a five-year loan of $60,000 from IberiaBank Mortgage Co.

 The residence previously was tied to a July 2011 mortgage of $363,500 originated by First Federal Bank of El Dorado.

The Vanderfords bought the property for $168,000 in July 1995 from Philip and Barbara Weber.

 

Tire Funding

The 9-acre Southern Tire Mart development in North Little Rock is helping secure a $45 million funding agreement.

Duff Real Estate LLC of Columbia, Miss., obtained the six-year loan from First Tennessee Bank of Memphis.

The limited liability company purchased the property at 12100 Valentine Road for $500,000 in January 2008.

The seller was Lena Belle Young Stafford Ltd.

 

Multifamily Loan

A 240-unit apartment project in Maumelle was refinanced with a $16.8 million mortgage.

Parc At Maumelle Ltd. of Dallas received the 40-year loan from Centennial Mortgage Inc. of South Bend, Ind.

The 10.8-acre development at 100 Park Drive previously was linked with a December 2004 mortgage of $16.8 million originated by Malone Mortgage Co. America Ltd. of Dallas.

The location was acquired for $1.1 million in January 2003.

The seller was West Maumelle Ltd., led by John "Jay" DeHaven.
