
The sale of a Little Rock apartment complex starts the line of this week’s million-dollar real estate transactions.
► A group of out-of-state investors: Narat LLC, Doogan Georgetown LLC, Omreus 7 Inc. and Yasmin M Collazo MD LLC paid $10.3 million for the 156-unit Georgetown Apartments at 18 Nottingham Road in midtown Little Rock.
The sellers were a trio of out-of-state investors: Georgetown Ventures LLC, PCF DE LLC and Axiomm Properties 2 LLC.
► Bitter Creek Land Co. LLC of Watford City, North Dakota, purchased the 2,580-SF Whataburger at 1815 N. First St. for more than $3.6 million.

► Richard and Patricia Elimon sold their 5,833-SF home on more than 39 acres near Rattlesnake Ridge in west Pulaski County to Scott and Carrie Hurley for $2.1 million.
► The Jacob & Leslie Willett Living Trust bought almost 71 acres near the Highway 300 switchback at Snipes Road in the Monnie Springs community of northwest Pulaski County for more than $1.7 million.
