► Gugar Family No. 2 Ltd. of Bullard, Texas, acquired the Longhorn Steakhouse at 2628 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for nearly $2.3 million.
Seller: Shackleford Crossings Investors LLC, an affiliate of Invesco Real Estate of Dallas.
► Marshall Equity Investments LLC, led by Don Marshall, sold the 92-unit Parkway Crossing Apartments project at 2000 Parkway Drive in North Little Rock for $1.9 million.
► Rosewood Community LLC, also led by Marshall, sold the 100-unit Rosewood Apartments project at 6600 Lancaster Road for more than $1.7 million.
Buyer in both deals? NLRA Holdings LLC, an affiliate of AMG Realty Group of Skokie, Illinois.
► Pomering Properties LLC of Newport Beach, California, purchased the Starbucks at 2125 Dave Ward Drive in Conway for more than $1.5 million.
Seller? Haag-Brown Development LLC, led by Greg Haag and Josh Brown.
