Farmland in Lonoke County, an office building in west Little Rock, an apartment complex in downtown Little Rock, a dollar store in Roland and future industrial land in east Little Rock form this week’s lineup of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► Caroline Drumm and Willman Family Farm LLLP, led by Elmer Willman Jr. and Joyce Selig, sold 731 acres about 6 miles south of Lonoke west of Highway 31 on the outskirts of Pettus for nearly $3.1 million. Buyer? CWR Realty Partners LLC, led by Chris Robertson Sr.

► 8821 Knoedl LLC, paid $2.9 million for its namesake west Little Rock address, home to the 16,917-SF SCA Pharmaceuticals project. Seller: REG Enterprises LLC, led by Gene Graves.

► Cromwell Court Opportunity Fund LLC, led by Jill Judy and Mark Brown, bought the 46-unit Cromwell Court apartment project in downtown Little Rock for $2.4 million. Who sold the multi-building property at 507 and 511 E. Seventh St. and 514, 515, 516 and 518 E. Eighth St.? The Downtown Fund LLC, led by Mark Nichols and Charles Heinbockel.

► PB General Holdings (Roland) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold a Dollar General at 17061 Hwy. 300 in Roland for more than $1.3 million. Buyer: DG Roland LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.

► The city of Little Rock added to its holdings in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park area with a $1.2 million purchase.

Who sold the 40-acre tract near the northwest corner of Frazier Pike and Harper Road and a 13.64-acre parcel at 6200 Thibault Road?

That would be the R.H. & S.L. Thomas Family Revocable Trust, led by Rickey and Sheri Thomas.
