► 4901 Asher Owner LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Box Equities, paid $13 million for its namesake address: home to a 212,000-SF cold storage-distribution warehouse complex in Little Rock.
Seller: QFI-Little Rock AR LLC, an affiliate of Performance Food Group of Richmond, Virginia.
► W Place Properties LLC, led by Eric Wright, purchased the 20,410-SF One Rahling Centre project at 1811 Rahling Road in west Little Rock for $3.5 million.

► Richmond Family Revocable Trust sold a 2,738-SF house and an adjoining 1.6-acre parcel in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood for a combined $1.7 million.
The buyers in both deals: Thomas and Lauren Cowles.
► RLC Properties LLC, led by the Robert V. Callahan Jr. & Lori R. Callahan Living Trust, bought four apartment buildings with a combined 16 units at 321, 331, 341 and 351 Club Road in Sherwood for $1.4 million.
Sellers: Steven and Stephanie Deere.
► KRL Properties LLC, led by Mark and Kim Leverett, sold a 6,324-SF office building at 706 W. Fourth St. in North Little Rock for $1.4 million to Norman Frazier.
► Surano Properties LLC, led by Sulaiman Hudda, acquired the 6,531-SF EZ Mart at 760 Edgewood Drive in Maumelle from High Time Ventures LLC of Spring, Texas, for $1.2 million.
► Doug and Beth Jackson sold their 3,546-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood to Matthew and Allison Dinehart for $1.2 million.
► Kinsel Motors Inc. of Beaumont, Texas, purchased a 14,455-SF office-warehouse at 10624 Otter Creek East Blvd. for more than $1 million.
