Marine Glisovic Leaves KATV After 10 Years

Marine Glisovic, an award-winning reporter at KATV, Channel 7, announced that she has parted ways with the Little Rock ABC affiliate after more than 10 years.

In a Facebook post, Glisovic said her last story with KATV aired on Friday.

Glisovic joined the station in 2013 and in 2020 was promoted to senior investigative reporter, assuming the role as the station’s “Seven On Your Side” reporter. Her reports focused on holding government officials accountable and protecting consumers by exposing wrongdoing by local businesses. Her work at KATV earned her four Emmy awards, an Edward R. Murrow Award and an Associated Press award.

Before joining KATV, Glisovic was a reporter at WICD-TV in Champaign, Illinois.

She said that after 15 years in the news business and the birth of her first child in June 2023, “it was time for a change.”

“Becoming a mom has been the most incredible moment in my life, and that moment has brought me to a new season,” Glisovic said. “I will forever be grateful to everyone who welcomed me into their homes and watched me grow into the investigative journalist that I became.”

Glisovic said she’s moving on to a “new and exciting opportunity” that keeps her in Little Rock, but did not reveal details.
