Mark Bingman Awarded CoStar’s Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award (Movers & Shakers)

Mark Bingman ( RPM Group)

Mark Bingman has won CoStar’s Quarter 4 2022 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award in the industrial market. CoStar, of Washington, D.C., is a provider of commercial real estate information and determines award winners based on price and square footage. Bingman is the vice president of commercial sales and a commercial sales broker at RPM Group of Little Rock.


The Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock has added four board members for 2023. They are Reagan Compton of GFF Architects of Texas; Michael Crosby, Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull of Little Rock; Rodney Peel, Arvest Bank of Bentonville; and Payton Smith, Metro Disaster Specialists of North Little Rock.


Jason Adams, executive vice president of the Benchmark Group of Rogers, has been elected to the board of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce. Adams has more than 15 years of experience in leadership at the Benchmark Group.

James Gould ( Crews & Associates)

James Gould has joined Crews & Associates of Little Rock as a sales executive for institutional sales. Gould will work on the trading floor to help clients with fixed-income needs. He previously worked as a finance manager at a car dealership.

Robert Mitchell ( Chambers Bank)

Robert Mitchell has been appointed to the Chambers Bank of Danville board of directors. Mitchell is the administrator of his family business, Mitchell Nursing Home.


Troy Wells has been named to the Health Care Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Wells is the president and CEO of Baptist Health of Little Rock. Casey Willis, chief operating officer of National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, has also been named to the council.


Kendal Williams has been promoted to bank senior examiner at the Arkansas State Bank Department. Williams graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and works out of the Little Rock office. Tanner Ballard, Lane Hardee, Reed Middleton, and Patrick Seung have all been promoted to assistant bank examiner at the State Bank Department. Ballard and Middleton will work as examiners in the department’s Jonesboro office. Hardee will serve in the Little Rock office and Seung in the Springdale office.


Michael Van Hooser has been promoted to partner at EGP Certified Public Accountants & Consultants of North Little Rock. Van Hooser joined the firm in 2020 and is helping to grow the firm’s construction niche.
