► Oasis Church, led by Jordan Bowen, sold its 35,211-SF facility at 7318 Windsong Drive on the edge of North Little Rock for $3.8 million.

The project has morphed from its original incarnation as a performing arts center to church and now, events center.
Completing a circle of function, part of the property will be used as a performing arts school in the fall.
► Tabot LLC, led by Terry Bean, purchased the 433-unit Extra Closet Mini Storage at 4100 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood for $2.9 million.

► Zeus Capital LLC, led by William Arch Ford, bought a 3,523-SF home in the Country Club Heights neighborhood of Little Rock from Luis and Tish Delozier for $1.1 million.
