Martin-Wilbourn Partners of Little Rock announced this week that it is joining its operations with Chester Storthz Advertising Inc., also of Little Rock.
According to an announcement on the Martin-Wilbourn website, the combined services will operate as Martin-Wilbourn Partners from the MWP offices.
MPW’s President and CEO David Martin told Arkansas Business that the deal involves transitioning Storthz’s handful of employees into MWP’s business. Storthz himself will serve as a senior vice president of MWP.
Martin declined to disclose the terms of the deal.
Storthz “had a fairly lean operation, but he has a very, very strong client list,” Martin said.
“By joining Martin-Wilbourn Partners, we are able to utilize a full suite of services offered by a respected agency committed to finding ways to help clients grow their businesses,” Storthz said in the announcement.
