Maumelle Commercial Land Sells for $1.6M

This week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions is served up as a six-pack.

► The Jim & Lynda Bowers Family Trust sold a 1.4-acre commercial site at the southeast corner of Maumelle Boulevard and Crystal Hill Road in Maumelle for $1.6 million to Driven Brands Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina.

► Louis and Ida Etoch acquired a 4,876-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Anthony and Rosanne Pignio for $1.5 million.

► Matthew and Ashley Adams sold a 3,436-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1.2 million to Burt Zinser.

► Andrew and Rebecca Rose bought a 3,995-SF home on 14.19 acres near the Ferndale community in west Pulaski County for nearly $1.2 million.

► New Home Estates Corp., led by Drew and Timothy Files, sold a 4,437-SF house in the Falstone Court neighborhood for $1.1 million to Jeffery and Genie Lindow.

► Sean and Amy Hoagland purchased a 4,812-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood for nearly $1.1 million from Home Sweet Home Inc., led by Rebecca Voth.
