► Vault Avenida Maumelle Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Vault Equity Partners in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, bought the 35,958-SF facility at 1201 Murphy Drive in Maumelle for more than $5.6 million.
Seller? Murphy Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Interstate Partners in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
► Roeder Properties LLC, led by James Roeder, sold 40 units in North Little Rock’s Frenchman’s Woods apartment project on Frenchmen Loop for more than $3 million.
Buyers: Three limited liability companies bearing the Frenchman Woods name, affiliates of Read Property Group in Brooklyn, New York.
► Kyle and Megan Ludwig purchased a 6,196-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock from Elizabeth and Raymond Nolan for more than $1.4 million.
► On the backside of that, the Nolans acquired a 4,156-SF home in Little Rock’s East Palisades neighborhood for $1.4 million.
