The seller is Maumelle Family Practice LLC, led by Dr. Jeff Carfagno. The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $1.2 million from First Security Bank of Searcy.
Ownership of the space, valued at $1.09 million, was transferred in October 2001 to Maumelle Family Practice from Maumelle Professional Building Property Owners Association Inc., led by Alan Winkler.
Empire Building
An 8,696-SF office building in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.25 million.
Empire Initiatives LLC, led by Katelyn Evans, bought the 6315 Ranch Drive project from Freeway Park Properties LLC, led by Jeffrey Marette.
The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $1 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.
Freeway Park Properties acquired the 0.62-acre development for $1.1 million in August 2021 from Rainwater, Holt & Sexton Properties LLC, led by Robert Sexton.
Trading Dirt
A swap of undeveloped land in Pulaski County carried a value of $895,000.
WFIT White Oak LLC, led by Terrell White, traded a 39.73-acre tract at the south end of Bradley Road in northwest Pulaski County to Young and Ki Suk Kim.
In exchange, the Kims traded the limited liability company a 3.61-acre commercial site near the southwest corner of White Oak Crossing and Kim Drive in North Little Rock.
WFIT purchased its property for $350,000 in May 2021 from the Dorothy M. Campbell Trust.
The Kims bought their land for $33,000 in July 2001 from Mechanics Lumber Co., led by Gene Pfeifer.

Miss Selma’s Property LLC, led by Robin Smith, sold its namesake school at 7814 T St. The buyer is Jamai Properties LLC, led by Khairunnisa Khan, Aziz Pabani and Akbar Pabani.
The 2.14-acre property was assembled in four transactions totaling $377,000. The sellers were James and Betty Caruthers, $55,000 in July 1990; L.A. and Selma Ratley, $195,000 in August 1990; Mark and Doris Vincent, $52,000 in January 1993; and Louise Norton, $75,000 in June 1993.
