The seller is EIIC LLC, led by Jean Eiler. The deal is supported by a $6.8 million funding agreement from Corevest American Finance Lender LLC of Irvine, California.
EIIC purchased the 7.53-acre development for $8.5 million in July 2016 from KJune Properties LLC, led by Kerri Elder; and Elder-Montagne Holdings LLC, led by Jim and June Swink.

U Storage Searcy LLC, led by Rory Thompson, acquired the Hwy. 67 RV & Storage project at 231 Newman Drive. The seller is Hwy 67 Sherwood Storage LLC, led by Zach Quick.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $3.2 million from First Security Bank of Searcy.
The 5.79-acre development was bought for $2.7 million in April 2023 from Silverwood Mini Storage Inc., led by Robert Jolly Jr.

Farmland in east Pulaski County totaling 246.78 acres changed hands in a $1.41 million deal.
Farm2Market LLC of Brentwood, Tennessee, purchased the land along Wayne Road west of Clear Lake Toltec Road from G.K.J. Family Ltd., led by Gerald K. Johnston Jr.
Johnston assembled the property in deals with William and Lucille Harris, $366,545 in February 1976; and Doyne and Nancy Phillips, $1,000 in December 1981.

McNeel Properties Little Rock LLC, led by Richard McNeel, bought the North Shore Family Dental Care project at 7525 Young Road. The seller is Deco Property Holdings LLC, led by Brett DeCoursey.
The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $780,000 from Umpqua Bank of Roseburg, Oregon.
Deco purchased the 1.14-acre development for $750,000 in July 2020 from the Michael Zweifler Revocable Trust.
