The sale of a 121-room hotel in North Little Rock and a mansion in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood both topped the $1 million mark.
Om Purshantam LLC, led by Tanvi Desai, bought the Motel 6 at 4100 E. McCain Blvd. for nearly $3.5 million.
Seller: Little Rock Hotel Group LLC of Denton, Texas.
Randolph and Sarah Hopkins sold their 4,971-SF home for more than $2.7 million.
New residents: Merritt and Anne Dyke.
