McLarty Automotive’s North Point Buys Total $10.3 Million

You probably knew that McLarty Automotive Group added to its portfolio of dealerships at year-end 2015.

Here are some more details regarding the real estate portion of two deals in Pulaski County.

Affiliates of MAG bought the 11.58-acre North Point Nissan development at 1 Col. Glenn Plaza Drive for $7.5 million and the 1.3-acre North Point Mazda development at 6030 Landers Road in North Little Rock for $2.8 million.

The sellers in both transactions were affiliates of Asbury Automotive Group of Duluth, Georgia.

Completing a six-pack of multimillion-dollar real estate deals are a commercial site in North Little Rock, a combo retail-medical project in southwest Little Rock, an office building in west Little Rock and an Edgehill manor in Little Rock.

• NLR Palio Partners II LLC of Dallas sold a 1.3-acre tract at the northwest corner of Warden Road and Somers Avenue for $1.47 million.

Buyer? Patmurphy Properties LLC of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

• Green Bunn Herrington LLC of Texarkana, Texas, purchased the 11,700-SF home of IPawn Arkansas and Davita Dialysis at 6115 Baseline Road for $1.35 million.

Seller: Steven J. Landers Jr. Trust.

• 12814 Cantrell Road LLC, led by Sharon Adkins, sold its namesake 7,400-SF office building, home to Keller Williams Realty, for $1.3 million.

Buyer: 12814 Holdings LLC of Orlando, Florida.

• 21 Edgehill Trust, led by Adam Dicus, acquired a 5,677-SF house. Seller: Bartlett Family Trust, led by David Bartlett Sr. and his wife, Nancy.
