Meagan M. Jordan has been appointed as the new associate dean at the Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock.
Jordan joins the Clinton School from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she served as an associate professor in the School of Public Service. Prior to Old Dominion, Jordan spent 13 years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she held a faculty position at the Institute of Government. During her time at UA Little Rock, she made significant contributions to the Master of Public Administration program and was a key figure in the planning of and curriculum development for the Clinton School during its formative years. Her leadership at UA Little Rock included spearheading revisions to the Capstone process for MPA students, resulting in increased graduation rates and improved student outcomes.
Jordan has a doctorate in public policy and administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, a Master of Public Administration from UA Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
