A new three-story medical office is on schedule to open in June in Rogers’ Pinnacle Hills area.
The building, which will have 45,692 SF of space, is already 50% leased and is located directly across the street from the Topgolf facility on J.B. Hunt Drive. The total price tag will come close to $15 million, said developer and co-owner Tom Allen, president of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners in Rogers.
“It’s a needed niche in the immediate area,” Allen said. “There wasn’t a lot of new construction in medical. It is another exciting project for the Pinnacle area.”
Allen said the first floor of the building will house a surgical center run by an entity he declined to disclose. The second floor will have the offices of Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists and the Northwest Arkansas Center for Plastic Surgery & Skin Care Center.
The AOS doctors, Chris Arnold and David Yakin, and plastic surgeon Heath Stacey are also co-owners of the building. Brian Shaw, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners, is another co-owner.
The third floor hasn’t been pre-leased but Allen said it will be used for medical-related entities.
