► NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas, bought the In & Out Mega Valero at 5051 Warden Road in North Little Rock for $2.2 million.

The 7,409-SF convenience store-storage project was sold by Wael and Sueha Alami.

► TMC Holdings LLC, led by Vernon Gene Salter Jr., sold the Andy’s Frozen Yogurt at 2375 Dave Ward Drive in Conway for more than $1.5 million.

Buyer? Ridgecrest LRAR LLC of Encino, California.

► Chris and Beth Roberts purchased a 4,500-SF home in Little Rock’s Cliffewood neighborhood for more than $1.2 million through their namesake joint living trust.

Seller: Jeff Fuller Homes LLC.

► David and Janna Knight sold their 4,700-SF home in Cammack Village’s Palisade Estates neighborhood to Harry Hastings IV and his wife, Shevawn, for more than $1.2 million.

► Metro Builders Supply Inc. of Tulsa acquired the 15,000-SF Forest to Floor warehouse showroom at 8900 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $1.2 million.
