Citizens Bank said she’ll also be assisting business customers through various treasury management products.
“Megan’s background and expertise make her a perfect fit for our bank,” Kathryn Pannell, senior vice president and director of treasury management at Citizens Bank, said in a news release. “Our customers and associates are sure to benefit from her extensive banking knowledge.”
Lahay holds a bachelor’s in general studies with a minor in finance and marketing from Columbia College. She earned an associate degree in general studies from Northwest Arkansas Community College.
“Having been in banking my entire career, I am eager to jump in and use my experience and knowledge of commercial banking to help northwest Arkansas be a profitable growth market for the bank,” Lahay said.
