Mark S. Forbis has been appointed to the Citizens Bank board of directors in Batesville. Forbis recently retired after a 31-year career with Jack Henry & Associates, a national financial services technology company.
Gina Moran, a certified public account, and Paul Osborn, a CPA and certified valuation analyst, both with Hudson Cisne & Co. LLP of Little Rock, were recently elected to the board of directors of the Arkansas Society of CPAs. Moran will serve as vice chair, while Osborn takes on the role of treasurer.
